IRCC Issues Express Entry Invitations to PNP Candidates
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has given out more Invitations to Apply (ITA) through the Express Entry System. The immigration department has given out 291 ITAs in a draw for Provincial Nominee Program Candidates. The candidates are expected to fulfil the following criteria namely:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking Score of 855
- Created an Express Entry candidate profile before 1:25 am , Universal Coordinated Time on April 8, 2025.

The draw that took place\ on September 29, 2025 was the seventh in a month and followed a Trades Category draw on September 18, an Education Category draw on September 17 and a Provincial Nominee Program on September 15. This is also the 18th PNP draw conducted by IRCC this year.
So far, IRCC has issued 65,838 ITAs through Express Entry System in 2025. Express Entry draws this year have primarily focused on PNP draws with the remainder of Express Entry ITAs dedicated to CEC candidates, candidates with French language proficiency and those in Express Entry Priority Occupation Categories.
