PNP Applicants Receive Invitations in Recent Express Entry Round
In the latest Express Entry Draw, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 345 Invitations To Apply or ITAS in a draw for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates.
To be considered in this draw, candidates needed to have:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 778; and
- Created an Express Entry candidate profile before 7:58 p.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on July 17, 2025.

Overview of Express Entry draws in 2025:
October 14, 2025 marks the date on which the 19th PNP draw of this year was conducted by IRCC. PNP draws have been the most common draw type, following the drastic decrease in immigrant landings allocations to Canada’s provincial immigration in 2024.
The October 14th 2025 draw is also the third one of the month and follows a large French category-based draw on October 6, a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on October 1, and a PNP draw on September 29.
So far, IRCC has issued 70,683 ITAs through the Express Entry system in 2025.
Express Entry draws this year have primarily focused on PNP draws, with the remainder of Express Entry ITAs dedicated to CEC candidates, candidates with French-language proficiency, and those in the Express Entry priority occupation categories:
