Canada Focus Online Job Fair for Bilingual Skilled Workers on Tourism, hospitality and culinary jobs will be at the center of an online job fair organized in collaboration with Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) from November 13th to 15th in every province except for Quebec. Registration for the three-day event will begin from September 23rd to October 27th, 2024. The virtual fair will enable job seekers to interact with employers based in Canada and even apply to any of the open positions.
This event will be between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm CET and is free by invitation only, with invitations being sent from November 4th through to registered candidates. To attend this fair, applicants should first of all pre-register with the upload of a copy of their bilingual resume in French and English, based on the Canadian pattern.
Applicants who want to qualify must ensure that they meet the following criteria:
Representatives from other French speaking communities in Canada outside Quebec will also be taken into consideration; they will carry along with them all the facts about their regions and other resources for the new-comers along with other immigration programs besides information concerning dwelling within Francophone communities in Canada.
Federal Stream of the Mobilité Francophone Under this stream, applicants who already have an offer of employment and are already in Canada on a study or work permit stand a chance of being issued with a streamlined work permit.
The presentation will also cover information for an overview of Canada’s tourism, hospitality, and food sectors and living and settling in Canada for both temporary and permanent purposes. The Q&A sessions will be conducted in both French and English.
A list of the exhibitors, including participating employers, shall also be provided to the registered attendees before the event. On site, the job seekers can surf through the various job opportunities open by the virtual booths of the exhibitors.
