Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another Express Entry draw, issuing 423 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
To be eligible for this draw, candidates were required to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 749. In addition, applicants needed to have created their Express Entry profile before 10:30 p.m. (UTC) on December 16, 2025.
