IRCC Issues 324 ITAs to Provincial Nominees in Latest Express Entry Draw
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited more candidates to apply for permanent residence through its latest Express Entry draw focused on the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
In this round, 324 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to candidates who had received a provincial nomination. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required was 786, while candidates needed to have submitted their Express Entry profiles before November 19, 2025, at 6:53 p.m. (UTC).

Strong Focus on PNP and In-Canada Candidates
Express Entry trends this year indicate a clear emphasis on candidates already residing in Canada. Those with provincial nominations or Canadian work experience continue to receive priority in invitations.
PNP draws have been the most frequent in 2026, followed by Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draws.
